A. Location Data

• Precise location (GPS and network-based) while the app is in use.
• Background location when a delivery is in progress and the courier has initiated the Start Delivery feature.
• This is necessary because when navigation opens in Google Maps, our app moves to the background, but we must continue receiving location updates for:
  • Real-time tracking in our logistics management system.
  • Route optimization.
  • Proof of delivery and operational transparency.

B. Account and Profile Information

• Courier name, contact details, employee ID, and assigned delivery routes.

C. Delivery Information

• Shipment IDs, delivery addresses, delivery status updates, proof-of-delivery images, and timestamps.

D. Device Information

• Device model, operating system, app version, and performance logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data collected for:

1. Delivery Operations – To assign, track, and confirm deliveries.
2. Navigation & Route Optimization – To help couriers find the fastest routes.
3. Real-Time Tracking – To update our internal web-based tracking dashboard and provide delivery progress to operations staff.
4. Proof of Delivery – To confirm successful deliveries via status updates and photos.
5. Performance & Security – To monitor app stability, detect fraud, and improve efficiency.

4. Background Location Usage

When you start a delivery, the app continues to collect your location even if it is in the background (e.g., while using Google Maps for navigation). This ensures:

• Continuous tracking for real-time updates.
• Accurate estimated arrival times.
• Delivery route history for operational accountability.

We do not collect location data when you are not actively on a delivery assignment.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share location and delivery information with:

• Internal Operations Staff – To monitor deliveries and assist couriers in real time.
• Technology Service Providers – For hosting, analytics, and navigation (e.g., Google Maps).
